Dear friends of Net-Trix,
As we mark our twentieth anniversary, I find myself thinking about the people who have given this company its meaning. The colleagues who brought their talent. The clients who took a chance on us. The partners who shared their knowledge. The families whose encouragement helped us keep going.
Before speaking about what we have built, I want to tell you how deeply I appreciate what you have given.
You gave us a part of your journey.
And, together, we built ours.
Where our story began
On 21 September 2006, Net-Trix Solutions Limited began a journey grounded in a practical purpose: solve problems through technology and help organisations work better.
Our roots in telecommunications and IT infrastructure taught us to listen carefully, take responsibility, and understand the people depending on our work. We grew one assignment at a time, learning as the challenges became greater and the possibilities wider.
Being entrusted in 2018 with retrofitting and optimising the Central Bank of Nigeria’s network operations centres in Abuja and Lagos marked an important chapter.
Handling and managing data capture for the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme under the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs brought another dimension to that responsibility. Behind those records were children, families, and communities. Their connection to our work gave accuracy and care a very human meaning.
Today, our capabilities extend into software, cloud services, cybersecurity, data protection, and artificial intelligence. Every new direction carries lessons from the people and experiences that brought us here.
To everyone who helped us grow
To our current team: I am grateful for the care behind your work. The patience to solve a difficult problem. The willingness to help a colleague. The quiet determination to get something right. Your contribution matters, and so does the person making it.
To our former colleagues, wherever you are: your place in this story remains. You shared your time, energy, and hopes with us. I hope something from those days still makes you smile—a friendship, a lesson, or the confidence to take a step you once thought was beyond you. We are glad our paths crossed.
To our clients: thank you for trusting us with responsibilities that mattered to you. Those who believed in us early gave us room to grow. Those who challenged us to improve helped us become better. We value both gifts.
To our partners, suppliers, advisers, and friends: your expertise, introductions, encouragement, and honest conversations have helped shape this company in ways a milestone can never fully capture.
And to our families: you have shared the demands of this journey, including the moments when work asked too much of our time. Your patience and love deserve a special place in this celebration.
We have had lessons to learn. I carry them forward with humility, and with a stronger commitment to listen, to lead with care, and to honour the confidence you place in us.

Our next chapter is taking shape through the Trix Verse: a connected ecosystem bringing our platforms, applications, and services closer together. Our ambition is to make technology more useful—to help businesses grow, institutions serve, and people turn ideas into possibilities.
Africa is at the heart of that ambition. We believe in the ingenuity of our people and in solutions built with a real understanding of our communities. We want the next generation to have the skills, confidence, and opportunities to help shape the digital world.
Through responsible innovation and dependable technology, we intend to contribute to Africa’s progress and create solutions whose value reaches across the world.
As you share this anniversary with us, my hope is that you feel remembered, appreciated, and proud of the part you have played.
